Great practice.Neat, friendly, and supportive are the three words to best describe the experience . I took my son there to see the Dr. I had found them on google and called to see if I could walk in with my son. The front desk lady, was very courteous, informative and pleasant. The Dr was empathetic, a great listener and really supportive. I manage several health clinics, so this was a really great experience for me to witness. Highly recommend. Great to know there is also a Dr there that manages Psychiatry/Mental health for adults and kids. Will most definitely send referrals.

I needed an urgent care doctor. This place was close to where I was at the time. I saw only one review and it was good. I prayed and went in. The doctor was great! This place has family care, urgent care and mental health! The place is around the back which threw me off a little.

I met Julianne who took care of all my worries. She was gentle,professional and very helpful. In addition to that the environment was very clean. I would definitely be going back there.

I was traveling alone and camping at Greenbelt. I was looking into my van's sideview mirrow and noticed a black spot on my back. It was a tick. I was able to remove the body, but I could still feel something still there. The next day I noticed a red oval ring on my back. Sh......t! I spent time on my phone looking for a local walkin health care facility and found Akachi Primary. Their office opened at 9:00am. So that next morning I was there first thing. They took me right in, took my vitals and was asked to wait for the doctor. What I was not told that the doctor was not suppose to be in the office until later that morning. Dr. MERCY left her house early just to see me. She removed the head of the tick and prescribed an antibionic. Dr. Mercy was so kind and informative I wish she was up where I live in MA. I would have her as my PCP. Thank you so much Dr. MERCY for your time caring for me. Lyme disease has to be taken serious. It can be life changing.
