The visit was well organized from my stepping off the elevator to the employee who checked me out, made my next appointment and kindly called me a taxi. All health care workers at RGW are polite, friendly and make a bad day better. As Dr. Fein & I agreed, a shot in the eye is NOT fun, but not as bad as it sounds. I am not brave and am so grateful for numbing drops.

Great experience

I have been seeing Dr. Fein for years related to a persistent retinal issue, and she never fails to be professional and caring. She explains the medical issues, including clear references to the photos, and explains the procedures being done. She takes the time to answer questions and always leaves me feeling like I am in great hands with exceptional care.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Fein. She was friendly, professional, listened to my concerns, and took her time examining me and explaining things to me. I did not feel rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. The pre-exam was extremely thorough with measurements and photographs, which she showed me to help me understand the situation. I would definitely go back to her in the future if needed.

I have gone to the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins for 30 years regarding a variety of eye issues but live in Fairfax and it is increasingly difficult to make the trek up to Baltimore. My family has used WRG and during a recent onset of CSR, I made an appointment with Dr. Fein on the recommendation of Dr. Malamoud (also WRG). Dr. Fein is exceptionally knowledgeable, articulate, patient and thorough in her approach and treatment in addition to being kind and mild mannered which puts you at ease when your vision is failing. The equipment, process, approach and technique at WRG is equal to that of JHMU in every way in my estimation. I am very satisfied with the care at WRG and in particular with that of Dr. Fein. Strongly recommend.
