Visited his clinic Yesterday, everything was done by PA, advising me like reading from written script. The doctor didn’t bother himself to spend time with me.Will never visit this clinic again

Dr Patel is AMAZING!!! He has helped me with my mild sleep apnea, as well as sinus issues related to migraines which are in turn causing vertigo!!! He’s very good at explaining everything in such a way where I am fully able to understand!! He’s very soft spoken and non judgmental. He doesn’t waste any of your time on unnecessary procedures and dumb questions!! Very thorough and efficient!! His front desk staff are always on task and helpful as well!!

I have been trying to get in touch with their office for two weeks now and have had no luck. I have left several messages with their answering service but nobody ever calls me back.

When I arrived the wait was literally less than 5 minutes, the office was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. PA Ro was excellent at explaining what tests I would need and what could potentially be causing my sinus issues, in addition to giving me a sinus rinse and explaining how to use it. I would absolutely recommend this office. It was a very pleasant and stress-free experience. Thank you!

Dr. Patel’s Greenbelt’s office staff is professional, friendly and pleasant which makes it easy to communicate your concerns.Although, I did not see Dr. Patel, the physician assistant who saw to my needs gave clear and precise instructions while in the examination room. Also, she took the time to explain, as well as, used a visual depiction to further explain the diagnosis and how the recommended treatment would help to elevate the issue.In addition, I had an issue with my CPAC machine and was also pleased with the service I received. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

This place is the most incompetent doctors office I've ever encountered. To whoever reads this, just don't.

They never answer phone. Put you on hold for more than 40 minutes. Sorry doctor's practice.

I did not run into doctor Patel but his Sleep Study staff needs serious improvement. Twice I've had study delayed because of insurance approval not coming in in time for the appointment they scheduled. This seems like something they could work through or not schedule me until approval arrives. For my home study, my batteries were dead which I had to diagnose myself because the machine had absolutely no documentation telling me that the batteries were the issue. Another time, the main sleep professional wasn't in the office and the assistants couldn't get the data off my disk which is odd since I do this all the time. I always feel rushed and never really remembered or cared about in this practice and the above are serious red flags to anybody looking for a sleep "specialist". The few interactions with the actual medical staff were good enough to garner at least 2 stars.

Initially, service was great. I now need replacement equipment for my CPAP machine and have not been able to get them. After switching insurances, I was unable to get replacement supplies. I have even switched back to my original insurance company, and I still can't receive my replacement supplies. I have called the office three times over the course of 6 months. Each time, I'm told my supplies will be ordered. To date, I still do not have what I've requested over 6 months ago.

Dr. Patel did a good job of stopping my son's nose bleeds.
