I called on 12/25/21 and the lady who answered the main phone was rude and rushed. Sick patients don’t need staff to be rude I was on the phone with a sick baby and decided NOT to use the facility. Please try and remember that the patients are the real reason you have a JOB.Unsatisfied parent. receptionist sounded like she was in her late teens or early 20’s her tone was very disturbing

The waiting time is ridiculous. Got there at 12:45 with a sick child, and I got told the waiting time was 2-3 hours. 3 hours passed i went to ask how much longer we needed to wait and they said maybe 1 more hour.

What is the point of booking an appointment if you still have to wait for over 2 hours. No one came to check on my kid I had to complain I have been waiting for over 2 hours. Definitely not thinking back. The wait time was longer than any ER I have ever been to.

I was told there would be a 2 hour wait. I wasn’t called until 4 hours later. Don’t bring your child here if they need to be seen urgently. Front staff wasn’t all that helpful with explaining how this business operates. Your voicemail should include that appointments can be made online. Just tell people the truth about wait times if they are walking in. Went to another location ..that was much better.

They tell you to make an appointment ahead of time, so you do that then they still don't see you until a hour puls later like WTH is the purpose of an appointment then. My appointment was a hour and a half ago and I'm still waiting. Super annoying. This is definitely not an urgent care.
