I was referred to this office by a friend. I Made an appointment a month in advance for a complete eye exam. Never received a confirmation call so I called this office the day of my "scheduled" appointment to confirm my appointment. And they never put me on the schedule. She had all of my information in the system. But no appointment was scheduled. I'm giving two stars because she did try to accommodate me still. Then come to find out they don't even accept my insurance. I have been waiting a month for this appointment because I need help with my eyes. And now I have to find another office that will accept my insurance, which means I will probably have to wait even longer to get my eyes checked. Not happy at all . I should have known they did not accept my insurance on the day that I called and made this appointment.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Christine King!!! I'm 53 years old and completely new to needing eye glasses. Dr. King is extremely thorough. She walked me through every test and told me the reason for each test during my appointment. She even took into account my medical history regarding my sickle-cell trait (I had no idea that could play a roll in my vision). Additionally, she made things a lot easier for me by giving me the vision test required to renew my license; and she uploaded the results with Motor Vehicle Administration. Can you say WINNING!!! :-) She and her staff were so helpful when I picked out my new glasses!!! Who knew going to the eye doctor could be so much fun!!! If you're looking for an optometrist who is thorough, kind, proactive with a lovely beside manner then you should definitely contact Dr. King!!! Thanks Lynne S for the recommendation!!! Oh yes, and she's in an easy to get to location with plenty of parking.

Arrived at 4:15pm, appointment was scheduled for 4: 30 At 5:00pm still waiting. To much paperwork as well. Does any one know why an Eye doctor needs your medical insurance info account number, group number? Finally who ask for your full social on two different forms?

Was seen by Dr. Christine King the most detailed and comprehensive exam i have ever had. AMAZING . She was able to figure out a problem ive been having for a long time that no other doctor had figured out. Claudine was also a gem with helping style my frames. An all around excellent experience .

Great experience. I haven't needed to wear glasses in 13yrs and was totally comfortable with Dr. Kevin King. Great conversation and the check in/out process was seamless. I picked up my new glasses about 2.5 weeks after my evaluation and am very pleased. Will be coming back here for my eye exams for as long as I am in the area, or as long as the. practice is here!
