I would never recommend Carmen. She is unprofessional, doesn’t follow up, return calls etc. I found out that she and husband bought a pizza shop and I had to resort to calling there to reach her. We had 3 wonderful caregivers from her for over 3 years and they were the only reason we stayed with Accessible. When I would contact her about a problem with a caregiver she would threaten that maybe it would be best to end our agreement so that we would have to keep unsatisfactory caregivers. The final straw was a newly hired person who lied in the interview about her skill set. I had given a list duties that included meal prep and both Carmen and the caregiver said that was not a problem. This person could barely use the microwave. This same person was verbally abusive to my mom and was physically rough with her. When I called to make Carmen aware, her responsible was well it is going to best to end our contract. And she refused to replace this person. I immediately made other arrangements. I fired the abusive person and covered the hours myself (while working a 40 hour a week job) The caregivers that remained were told by me that I was ending the arrangement with Carmen and I gave a few weeks notice to find work. I referred them to other companies and both found work.Since then I have continued to hear some horror stories about her. Mainly from former employees that chose not to work for her anymore. If you care about your loved one, DO NOT Call this company.

Carmen is a wonderful person to care for elderly people she has a big heart. I highly recommend this establishment to family that needs love and caring for someone that needs help for their love ones. Keep up the great job accessible home care!!!

Her compassion for providing the best possible service is noticed immediately. She is always available 24/7 for questions or placing a caregiver into a home within hours. Her commitment to providing safe quality home care is like no other. I really recommend Accessible if you want home care for your loved ones.
