Adac's Online Review Report Card

I've worked professionally with Ms. Clopper off and on for a few years. I must say that she has always provided outstanding work with clients and has always went above and beyond, not only with them, but with her professional and community relationships. If I have questions or concerns, there is no delay in her getting back to me, or my co-workers. I know that here recently she has switched to the Antietam St. location and anytime that myself, or someone from my office, calls over there; they are all extremely friendly and take time to listen to what we are asking and do their best to give answers. It's a breath of fresh air when people take the time to talk with you and not at you, especially when trying to help us understand different things such as testing results, recommendations, and so on. Keep up the good work!

If you want false positive drug screens and counselors that tell you they can’t possibly make a mistake when you tell them there has been one, I’d totally come here. This place is a joke.

This is a ridiculously inconsiderate establishment. They have parasitic relationship with the immediate community. They have their own parking lot and the parking lot behind them where the Park Circle Vet sits closed in the evening. There is also across the street parking beside city park... a dr continually refuse to use their resources to be considerate of the residents in the community. 6 to 8pm they exhaust all the parking leaving residence of the area parking blocks away after returning home from work. It's just incon We despise this place being in the community. They don't bring any value they just fustrate and cause resentment to their clients by the resident's. There has even been discussion about them during city hall sessions. Left unresolved this business continues to disrupt the community's peace. It's a private business they say the street is public. The customer's privacy is public or private??? As they walk in for substance abuse treatment is that private or public?? There has been numerous encounters between customer and residents, even between staff and residents. Keep up the good work ... somewhere else

These people are so caring and nice.

A.D.A.C. was the best treatment program I attended. It was very thorough in it's teaching of recovery. I recommend any one trying to get help to go they're. And Bill Coughlin is the best. Try it out and see how you do. Best way to recovery. Sincerely, Garver Diehl

Its a decent treatment center that offers groups and reporting services. If you are in a rough place and just heard you need to find alcohol treatment by a judge you could do a lot worse than ADAC but there are better treatment options in Hagerstown, over all I think ADAC is everything you expect one of these places to be, not very exciting but did what I needed.
