Absolute Best.

Dr. Andle’s was very personable. Always greets with a smile. She is passionate about women’s health. I absolutely love her. Keep doing what you are doing to take care of us. I am moving out of the area my only regret is that Dr. Andle can’t be my Gynecologist for life. I wish her and her beautiful family the best. She truly is a one in a million.

I had post menopausal bleeding. She got me in quickly.... everyone was so responsive and kind. Highly recommend

She was wonderful! She listened and didn’t hurry me. She really cares about her patients! Very intelligent! Great sense of humor which helped. This was my first time seeing her. I highly recommend her!

She has an excellent personality, very knowledgeable, genuine interest in her patients. After 13 yrs of attempting to try to get pregnant, she discovered the problem; within a year I was pregnant. She’s been my OB/Gyn, surgeon and was on call to assist with the birth.

Best doctor I ever had. She spends a lot of time with you, she’s so sweet, so funny and listens to you. I never feel like the appointment is rushed. Most importantly, she is very knowledgeable and answers my questions in detail. I wish I can have her as my PCP too! Highly recommended!!

There is a serious lack of communication with the staff here. I was given so much conflicting information regarding and IUD insertion- everything from what my appointment would involve to scheduling. It was obvious that some of her staff were inexperienced to a fault. I also felt very belittled when explaining the pain I was having and the response was "lets see how it goes". My primary care doc was 1000 times more compassionate.

Recently had my first visit and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My only concern was that there is a scribe with her and I would have preferred to discuss some situations in private. They did ask at the beginning of the appointment if I cared that she was there.

The Dr. and most of the staff are great, but like another user said it's very hard to even speak with the Dr. you have to go through several other staff members first and this is where the problems come. They have an on-duty nurse who handles the calls and she is neither friendly, compassionate, nor helpful. At one point she called me to tell me to stop taking my medication, claiming this is what the Dr. had ordered (for minimizing miscarriage). I stopped and within a day all my pregnancy symptoms had disappeared. I called a nurse through my insurance who said there was no reason for me to be off my meds. I put myself back on it and asked Dr. Andele about it at our next appt. she didn't even know what I was talking about. I got the impression the nurse never even bothered to ask her. There were other instances as well and I am switching Dr.'s which is a shame because I like Dr. Andele and the birthing facility but I don't trust the on-call nurse with my or my babies health.
