I love Dr. ElMohandes and highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with chronic pain. He has an EXCELLENT bedside manner and really cares about his patients I completely trust him with all of my medical needs that he specializes in He is a GODSEND

Waiting time at the office visit is longer than I would like however Dr Al muhandas is well worth the wait. I never feel like Im just another one of his patients. He takes time to explain things well to me and explain until I understand. Hes very caring and compassionate

Dont waste your time here. This is where negligence meets incompetence in an all out battle for which will be the dominate trait for this practice. This man is only out to sell pain pumps. Youd think he gets a commission on them like a used car salesman. After screwing up my wifes oral meds we wouldnt dare widen the margin of error by getting a pain pump installed even if she were eligible for that procedure. I would be driving my wife to a morgue if we did.

I saw Dr El Mohandes for 4 years in Cumberland MD and he helped me greatly I want to return to him but I am having problems. I would like to get in touch with him and talk to him personally.

Odd that nearly 12 of the 41 reviews shown here have 1 star. My first visit was less than pleasant mostly due to extremely long wait time in the office exam room and OR. Although I did not arrive at the usual time for a new patient I was somewhat chastised for it and after completing the paperwork was sent to the corner and waited forever to be called. In addition it was not clear where to sit or stand initially to be called to the window. If one was to stand in line how about folks who cant stand for long?? Dr. ElM is a chatterbox with rapid fire explanations and given less to listening to you. My injection procedure did go well although I do agree with others re his bedside manner. My rating is based on this first visit and may well change later.

I have always had a pleasant experience. With the Dr and his office manager. She listens to your complaint and takes the appropriate action to help resolve the issue. On the other hand the Dr listens to your medical complaint and he also take the appropriate medical steps to help resolve your pain discomfort.

Ok i was upset about the 45 min arrival thing. But understandably thats for your information insurance billing and any reports on file they get ready once you show up for appointment.Next after about hour i started process first by seeing male nurse who was just so patient an kind got vitals an reason for visit. I had put off so long so i had a few. Waited another 5 minutes an Dr ElM and i swear he was best dr making me feel comfortable and not crazy over the pain i had. He went over history and present issues immediately with me. Staff did not have any previous testing but my primary dr made next day appointment for me at her office so i felt they should of had my dr dropped the ball.As for treatment he assured me we could do everything to cure me before suggesting surgery this was relief to me. He then said he would prescibe me meds. Unlike others i dont want perks so when he just increased a dose on an already taken preacription i was very please. No injection horror story or need for new addictionFor all this i am pleased.

They were caught lying to me about my urine tests they they messed up my appointment when I complained the said shut up and sit down iIbecame offended and they kick me out with no warning a true drug dealing pill mill operation

Been going there for couple years now and never had a bad experience yet . Everyone is always smiling and they will answer any question you ask . They look at you and not the clock when your in the room and Ive never felt rushed or neglected . From check in to check out and reschedule appts.
