Caroline Gessert Md's Online Review Report Card

I’ll start by saying I have not been to the doctors for over 10 years. Starting into my 40’s it was time to find a family physician and I’m so thankful to be a client of this practice. Dr. Gessert was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The staff was great and we all enjoyed a couple laughs, something you generally don’t get while at the doctor’s office. I can not say enough good things about this practice. Keep doing what you’re doing, fantastic job.

I would give this office a zero if I could. I’ve read really good reviews about Dr. Gessert and wanted to see if I could come in as a new patient. I have left messages and called several times and no call back and they don’t answer the phone. I understand that they were closed due to the snow this week but what’s the excuse for not returning my call last week? Even if Dr. Gessert is not accepting new patients a call back to let me know would have been nice. This is not how you run an office. I thought I possibly found a good the right doctor for me but I guess not. Disappointing

I have beem seeing Dr Gessert for about !3 years. I will never see any other Dr but Dr Gessert, She is the most passionate ans caring Dr that I have ever met.She doesnt keep you waiting or keep you in the dark about anything.She is straight forward and completely homest about whats going on with your health.She expains everything and will not leave your side until all questions are answered. I meet dr gessert about 9 years ago right off hand she was fantastic very friendly and understanding she sat down and listen to what i had to say.She is just a remarkable person and a fantastic doctor im diabetic she told me what to exspect what to do to control it told me things that i didnt even know with this disease.what it can do to your skin the dryness just everything. she deservers 10 stars.My friends asked me what doctors to choose i tell the dr gessert.and quick with no hessitation at all.

Dr Gessert has been my primary care doctor for many years and I feel she is the very best, very loyal, caring, understanding, fantastic bed side manor, I have never had an appointment with her where I had to wait and wait. I can not give her a higher recommendation as there isn't any higher. She will be my and my husband's doctor as long as we live. Thank goodness for doctor's like her, we need more of them in this world.
