Good luck getting ahold of ANY office staff. Have tried for 4 weeks to call to book a consultation. I was advised that the entire office staff quit due to Dr.Garazo not having good benefits for employees. Maybe I lucked out on this? Anyone that selfish to not treat their employees with basic health benefits might not be the person I want to give thousands of dollars to. Booked a consult with a different surgeon same day as the phone call and have settled on a surgery date with 0 issues and amazing customer service.

Dr. Garazo and the wonderful staff here have changed my life. I went in wanting to fix some damage done to my tummy from 3 C-Sections and was treated with so much respect and care. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and could tell I was in great hands. I’m 4 weeks post surgery now and I’m beyond happy with the result. The medical assistants and nurses did such an amazing job making me comfortable and even taking after hours calls to check in on me. If you’re considering plastic surgery, there is no one I would recommend more than Dr. Garazo and his team!

I had surgery a little less then 2 years ago with Dr. Garazo. And although everyone there was very nice to deal with I unfortunately did not get what I had asked for. 😕 I paid for new implants and a lift only to wake up to hear him say "I didn't think you needed the lift"!?! Mind you I had implants that were almost 16 years old I had gained and lost weight and he essentially placed a bigger implant in a tubesock! So extremely disappointed and although they reimbursed me for the lift they didn't do I had to go back under the the knife to get the look I wanted from a Dr. In California that took great care of me.

Dr. Garazo and his team couldn’t have been more professional, kind and dedicated. Their professionalism blew me out of the water and their knowledge outweighed my expectations. I felt comfortable as I went through the surgery and recovery process. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Garazo and his staff if you are considering a breast augmentation.
