Early March my dog ate the speaker wire of 1 aid. I have Phonak aids purchased in 2018 for $5,000. I visited your facility and was told by the "receptionist" that my aids were too old and parts were unavailable and set an appointment for me. It made absolutely no sense that an expensive pair of aids would automatically not have parts or service after a certain amount of time. I called another place in Hagerstown, they got me in and repaired my aids that day. I stopped at your facility because you are a Phonak dealer. I love my aids. I take care of them and they continue to take care of me.

Linda and her staff are truly a great breath of fresh air. It is great to be greeted with a hello and a smile. They take one on one time with you to totally customize your experience. Service of this caliber is hard to find this day of age. I actually am hearing things that I have missed for years. Thank You for taking the time and for the great product.
