physician couldn’t identify an ear infection, and said pain was due to “anxiety”. went to a children’s doctor today and immediately noticed the ear infection. i do not recommend a doctor to anybody who cannot identify an ear infection.

Have been waiting 2 1/2 hours. Haven't seen a doctor yet

This place needs better management. Every time I try to take my kids here they tell me they will put me on a waiting list to come back in 2 to 4 hours. Then I still have to wait another 2- 4 hours to be seen but no guarantee we will be seen before they close. No other urgent care is ran this way.
