The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor. He spoke about me to his nurse before entering the room, which I heard. Scans showed kidney stones and a UTI and he completely dismissed me. He was not compassionate or helpful in any way.

Providers are great, office staff is horribly unorganized and do not return calls! Very frustrating if you actually need something!

If you think masks are unnecessary, this won't pertain to you. It is important to me. I complained in March 2020 that masking was lackadaisical in the practice. Again it was hit-or-miss a month ago, and again today. Shame, b/c I like the new doc. But if they are sloppy on the masking, what else are they sloppy about? But then, you might be OK with that.

Love Dr. Bryson. The office staff are ridiculous; they do not return calls. I have left several messages over a weeks span and have not received a call back. My daughter had surgery 2 weeks ago and needs to have her stent removed and we weren't getting a call back. Who do you file a complaint with?

Doctor Bryson and staff have been very professional and thorough with my health issues. Doctor Bryson has explained my health issues and discussed treatments and procedures in a very understandable way. I highly trust and recommend Doctor Bryson to anyone with urinary health issues.
