I have had a stress test and several ECGs at Robinwood heart center and the staff and MEDICAL assistants have always went above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and my appointments are pleasant and handled in a timely fashion.. I would recommend this practice over Hagerstown heart any day... Dr El-Sherif is the Dr who I recommend 👍👌

The medics assistant is about the rudest condescending woman ever. Called me and was upset with me that they couldn’t reach me to change my appointment today so she grills me on not updating my phone number(which I did when I made the appointment) then going to be rude the entire time. Now I’m on my way to the ER because my heart won’t calm down. Funny they have such mean people working at a place that supposed to help your heart. Taking my business somewhere else.

Dr. El-Sherif is amazing. He took such good care of my husband when he was rushed to the ER last month. His follow-ups have been nothing but positive and the medical assistants are so sweet and caring. If they can't reach my husband, they'll call me to make sure everything is ok. Everyone there goes above and beyond and I wouldn't want my husbands ticker being looked after by anyone else! ❤❤❤

My only experience with the doctor was one visit in my hospital room after my heart procedure.He explained what was done.I can`t remember our whole conversation but he answered my questions and advised me of my limitations.And gave the nurses follow up instructions for me to follow.He did not perform in a rush . I felt well about his visit.

I left another Hagerstown practice because they were too imperial and detached for my liking. Dr. El-Sherif is a down-to-earth guy who is easy to talk to and who explains things in ways that I can understand. He is, by far, my favorite Hagerstown, MD cardiologist to date.
