Highly recommend. Service was excellent from the time of walking in the door to walking out. Every person we encountered (front desk, nurse, Dr.) was very pleasant. Dr. Was super nice and had the best bedside manner with my child. Absolutely no complaints and glad we chose this place for our urgent care need while out of town.

I absolutely love UNI & I normally go to the N Pointe location which is AMAZING & this location is great as well but I took my son in twice in a few weeks because of a sore throat, fever on & off & I felt like I was being shamed for bringing him in again & I’m pretty sure the dr. or Nurse Practitioner actually said not to keep bringing him back. Prior to this my son hadn’t been seen for being sick for a year so it just had me a little annoyed plus a day later he had a fever & was sick to his stomach & still saying his throat hurt so it’s not as though I brought him to be seen unnecessarily.

I asked the front desk receptionist about it and she said their thermostat was broken and in order for it to be warm in the back it had to be very hot up front where the patients are! Stated smuggly that she could lower it a little but it was more about their comfort than the comfort of the patients! Mind you this is the 2nd time within weeks that I've been there and experienced this and they've had plenty of time and resources to get that thermostat fixed! The last thing patients who are very sick need is to be sitting in raging heat! Not to mention that extreme heat temperatures is the worst thing possible for the spread of germs! Totally ridiculous I had to walk out and go elsewhere because I was soaking wet with sweat and felt like I was going to pass out! Literally like a sauna in there.

I just left this place (11/14/2022 @ 10:55) the Urgent Care staff that is currently working (middle aged African American man) is so darn rude and unprofessional that I could not even stay to be seen! There was a agency caretaker with her client and this Urgent Care staff was so rude to this agency caretaker with his negative comments, condescending responses, and inappropriate conversation that I crossed my name out and told this unprofessional staff about himself! I just can’t believe anyone would treat an adult that way at his or her job! I am done with this Urgent Care as long as this staff is working there!
