Zack and Dan were compassionate and efficient!
S/O Lori J. she is a good doc!! underrated
This is the only urgent care i will go to as well as the rest of my family after i told them how great this place was the doctors r great and so r the receptionist except for one man who sits at the window he dnt work very often but he is very rude and his step daughter works there to she makes excuses for him sayin he has problems at home he needs to leave it at home. But all the rest r very professional.
Literally waited an hour in the exam room with no update to see a doctor mind you I had my son with me. I had to go out and ask for an update only to be told I had 2 more people ahead of me. Mind you when I walked in there was 2 people in the lobby. I've never waited an hour in the exam room for a hour just to see the doctor.
Front desk man was extremely rude I turned around and walked out I was there for my daughter to be seen because I was worried about her but ended up going some place else people who come in there sick and scared should not be treated that way they need to find better staff!!!
This place is terrible, No need in making an appointment in advance cause you’re still going to be waiting, my visit on Monday 3/27 they literally told everyone in the waiting area if you don’t like the wait to go somewhere else, the man at the front desk made an unnecessary announcement that “vaping wasn’t aloud in the lobby”, No One was vaping. Even the Doctor was bad she didn’t do any tests or check anything Juss wrote down what I told her and prescribed a pill , I could’ve found a crack head in park place to do that. Not to mention they’re billing your insurance and collecting a 50$ copay . Meritus may take 12 hrs but I’ll juss do that next time before I ever consider this place again
Everytime I come here they are understanding and helpful. Sometimes the lines can be extremely long but they do the best they can. And this one is a lot better then the other ones I have went to in Hagerstown.
On Friday, February 24, 2023, I went to UNI Urgent Care in Maugansville. I came in with respiratory issues along with sinus cold. I was checked for Covid. It came back negative. When the doctor came in, she apologize for making me wait. I waited for 25 minutes. She then stands with hand on hip and asked what did I want from her, did I need a letter. What is it.. I stated you can start off first by check my lungs because I do have issues with developing pneumonia I told her.She proceeded to check my lungs and stated that I had an upper respiratory infection, she also checked my heart. However, she did not check my ears, eyes, nose, nor throat she told me that she was not going to prescribe me any medication. I told her that I have a terrible cough. My nose is running I’m congested and I hurt from coughing so much. She said you told me that you didn’t want anything for your cough and then she said something else but she got confused with someone else’s symptom. Dr. stated I’m not prescribing you anything for your cough because I didn’t hear you cough.I walked out of there in tears and upset because the symptoms that I’m having now my primary doctor have treated me in the past so that I would not develop pneumonia. She told me to stop taking Mucinex if I don’t want to cough and to drink tea and honey, it is Saturday I am still coughing sinus drip. Luckily, I have another doc appointment with my primary doc soon. This Dr. treated me like I was only there for a doctors note or to get drugs. I’m 57, so confused by what happened because never in 57yrs have I gone through this.UNI Urgent Care in Maugansville, MD was my go to for when I get sick. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
Front desk person not pleasant. Would not allow me to go back with my 85 year old father. There were only 2 other people in the facility Perhaps that should have been a warning sign. I would recommend you go somewhere else if you can.
I loathe medical apts but this was a breeze. Every single person I made contact with was friendly & caring. This was my 1st visit to this facility. It all starts with the front desk. The front desk person was patient, caring & friendly. On to the first medical person who was also very caring, understanding & knowledgeable. Then comes the doc seemingly a little exhausted but also caring & understanding. Then recovery. Was a breeze. They were very knowledgeable & friendly. Very happy with the visit compared to other places I’ve been & avoid.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
