Update I have continued my services and the professionalism from the staff has not improved. While I am pleased with my laser results the staff makes the experience quite unpleasant. Most of the nurses I have encountered have been great however there are some nurses who are not as thorough and dont seem as knowledgeable. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. On several occasions I have not been greeted and I have had to ask for help. On my last visit I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the staff simply did not address me and stared at the computer screen. When finally addressed she played in her hair while she told me that I needed to schedule my next appointment on the app because the schedule was locked. I was never informed that there was an app and prior to this the front desk staff scheduled my appointments with some being months away instead of the 68weeks. I dont like spending my hard earned money at an establishment that does not make me feel valued or give me the services in the time frame indicated in our contract. I will not be booking anymore treatments after my contract has been completed for my current service.I have had two laser sessions so far and each time I have had a different nurse do the procedure. While I would prefer to have the same nurse each session I can say that both nurses were both great I cannot give 5 stars or even 4 stars for that matter because the front desk staff is terrible. On the day of my first appointment I was about 5 minutes early and due to COVID19 I had to call to inform them that I was out front and was informed that they would call me when the nurse was ready for me. They never called me. After about 25 minutes I called back to ask if there was an issue because I had been waiting for so long and this was the one of the first appointments 8am. Thats when they told me the nurse was ready and I could come in. When I called to book my next appointment they were very rude about it. I have my third session coming up and received a call to confirm my appointment. When I called in to confirm they were very rude and gave me attitude. I am loving the service I am receiving from the nurses but the front end staff is unprofessional and makes for an unpleasant interaction.

I received a quote for a service from Ideal Image and a quote from a competitor in the area that I receive treatment from and there was roughly a $800 price difference for the same exact service.

Im frustrated that in the beginning of November Im not able to make appointments until February. This makes those 18 month unlimited deals pretty unfair when you cant even come in during your recommended treatment cycle. One solution to this might be to be able to make multiple appointments beyond the next treatment that would allow me to schedule possibly 4 treatments into the future.

My experience with my consultant went swell. She was very informative and she answered all of my questions. She was very attentive and reassured me in certain areas I was uncertain about. She explained the entire process to me fully and she emphasized pertinent information and clarified that I understood each process as it pertained to my future care. I would highly recommend her to future customers.

I did not have anything done and have not been able to schedule an appointment until February 2022. I would not have purchased this service if I could not have it done until months later. I am very unhappy.

11321 Update Some how my contract is expired again. Appointments are still 1416 weeks out. Was told expansion would fix scheduling issue but didnt. No wonder my back is still full of hair.050421 Update Received a call from area manager and she resolved all of my issues. I appreciated her help.05032021 Updated review The individuals who work as receptionists are HORRIBLE. I had an appointment today and tried to schedule my next appointment but was told my contract was over. HELLO...... do you not realize that COVID happened you closed your office and did not give me a call text message email or snail mail to let me know you reopened I was told that they would resolve the issue and guess what? NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL The office staff is horrible. I called later and I asked to speak to the office manager and was told that she was on a conference call and guess what? SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. Dont waste your money on this place due to the office staff. Side note the people that perform the services are really nice and do a great job but since you have to deal with the horrible office staff it is a waste of money. Thanks for taking my $5000 for a service that I have yet to fully use 2nd side note the comment about calling the office as a response to my original review was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME If anyone cares the reason I am so upset is that it took me 16 months to save enough money for these services. It stinks to work so hard to do something special for yourself and end up with results like this.Called to reschedule an appointment and the receptionist claimed that the next available appointment wasnt until 6 weeks out for a treatment that takes them 30 minutes to complete. During my last appointment they were running 30 minutes late. I just feel like they are there to charge you for thousands of dollars worth of treatment and once you sign the contract YOU ARE SCREWED

I spoke with Tony to schedule my first consultation. Let me tell you Tony was very professional and did his job without stalking me. He called me back when I was busy and always kept in contact with me until I was able to set the appointment. He was patient but persistent and he was always super professional Tammie Flemming was my consultant and she was great She made me feel comfortable and she had alot of knowledge about the different services. I am getting some work done very soon and I am becoming a member also.

They were not prepared for my appointment stating that they did not have a roommachine for darker skin. The wait was longer than Ive experienced in the past.

The scheduling is all over and each experience has been good however being a healthcare professional each session should be uniform and it’s not one person marks you others don’t etc
