Awesome place if you need urgent care
Great experience from checking in with the front desk, vitals nurse, to the Doctor and X-ray.Very caring staff, which is needed during sometimes stressful life events. Thank you Jean Adams
This is the second time I came to this location where the wait was unacceptable. I was in for a simple sports physical, and it took so long that my child had to take the day off from school.. The nursing staff had the nerve to tell me when I asked how long the wait was after an hour or waiting, that it wasn’t going to be quick.. This is my last time coming to Convenient Care, your better off going to your regular physician..
Made an appointment for a very simple 4 question “check the box” medical evaluation and a TB test for new job. After waiting for 1.5 hours (AFTER my appt time) I was finally placed into a room where I then proceeded to wait even longer to be seen for a visit that honestly should have taken no more than 20-30 minutes max out the door, especially when you have an appointment and are not a walk in. Total time at facility was over 2 hours! I was told there is 1 provider which makes no sense at all when there are 10 rooms and walk ins are allowed on the weekend. I couldn’t imagine if you were actually sick and had to come here :( Will never return!
I went to there for Covid with symptoms. They took care me very well
Great service! Very thorough. Adrian, Elise and Kevin were especially pleasant and efficient.
Staff was very friendly. I waited for almost an hour. I set up an appointment with 6:00 AM for 10 AM and waited an hour. They told me that that was a reservation not an appointment. I guess I just don’t understand the point of make an appointment if you still have to wait an hour.
While the wait is ridiculous the personnel are always over the top for customer service. Everyone is nice and friendly and very informative. Love the people just hate the long wait.
Urgent Care ??? How about "We don't really care" ??? Showed up for urgent care - suffering in pain for about 2 weeks wanting to confirm that I will likely need surgery to repair a hernia. When I show up I get the MANDATORY MASKS because they don't trust the science that has PROVEN that anything less than an N-95 mask is useless so they require we all wear anything EXCEPT an N-95... Makes me wonder if I can trust their medical judgement but thankfully, that didn't arise. Instead I filled out their paperwork, and waited - was told one person ahead of me. An hour later after having seen a couple people go ahead of me my name is called. This is just after they announced that ALL the bathrooms are out of order.... I go into the room and a nurse (??) comes in and asks if I am willing to do a televisit which confuses me since I am there in person and have just waited an hour. She proceeds to tell me there are FIVE people ahead of me and they can't even estimate how much longer I'll have to wait and IF I elect the televisit, they can't even guarantee THAT will occur. Just close your doors already - you are worthless.
A very accommodating, courteous, and professional staff during the whole process. My wife and I were very well attended to, had all of our questions answered, and left reassured as to what our next steps were.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
