No Sir, you are covering up now. When we (two patients, both old senior citizens) reached your clinic, first the receptionist did not even look at them for 6 to 8 minutes. Then rudely asked to reschedule with a date more than a month later. Never offered same day or even the same week’s reschedule. Is this behavior courteous? Even you came and supported your receptionist’s action! ==================================================== Posted on 5/26/2021 Despite one bad experience, we took a chance again and visited Dr. Sachin Kalyani in early May. The receptionist was different this time and everything went on very smoothly. The Doctor also dealt us very cordially and professionally. We hope that we will continue visiting him in the future also.

I switched from another eye center and am so very glad I did. Dr. Kalyani and his entire staff were friendly, professional, organized, well-informed, pro-active, considerate and meticulous. Not a moment of my time was wasted and I had their full attention and focus during the entirety of my visit. I feel I am in very good hands with them and I will be switching the rest of my family to his office as well.

This place is amazing, my new favorite DRs office. The front desk associate is pleasant and has great customer service. The technician, Sarah is excellent and very informative! Dr. Kalyani is is best. From eye conditions that require regular visits and a surgery that I needed, he has been nothing but compassionate to my needs. Scheduling an appointment has always been easy. Dr. Kalyani is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is well educated, having excelled at some of the best schools. I checked. 😊 He is professional and attentive. He is also compassionate. He doesn't rush you but he and his staff are very efficient. They are on time and they treat you with respect. I have cornea failure and his treatment has kept my eye comfortable. Scheduling has not been a problem and the staff diligently follow the CDC guidlines. I highly recommend Kalyani Eye Care.

Dr. Kalyani is probably one of the best specialist doctors I have visited. All doctors should be held to his standard. The office is pristine and comfortable. His bedside manner is very friendly, professional and accommodating. I cant praise enough.
