I was in and out of there in no time! And the staff was very kind. Normally you get in a place like that and you get treated like dirt. They were all very kind.

My wife took my daughter in there to get checked out for a cold. They treated them so bad and the doctor try to test my daughter and being a young kid she didn’t want to do so the doctor grab her face! 😡 and then she dropped the mouth swab on the floor then try to reuse it. Then when my wife said something she got mad threw her hands up and walked out. We will never go there again!!

Got an appointment; didn’t wait long. Doctor, Nurses and Receptionist were so nice. Got the treatment I needed and was in and out fast, which was great cause I feeling like garbage.

Doctor was fantastic everyone else was eh. They were surprised I had covid symptoms despite me putting that down on their kiosk. If you need to look up insurance information for yourself you have to use the HR Block wifi next door because they don’t provide anything. The whole process is wildly inefficient, doors open at 830 first person there and you don’t make it into a room till just before 9.

I will never ever go there again... while there I witness some that was in a room for an hour she left ok that opened up a room .. probably not cleaned in between patients.. .. I know this for a fact as I was discharged they put someone else in the room...room not wiped down ...horrible place will never go back

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. That place is a joke! I made an appointment at 10:00 AM. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes until they called me back. I sat in another room for another 45 minutes without seeing a doctor. I would never return to that place. Go to Northeast, they are competent and pay attention. Everyone seemed interested in helping me when I was walking out the door. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. That's an hour and a half of my life that I won't get back. If I get a bill, they will get a response from my attorney and I will be invoicing them for my wasted time.....

I went for follow up on a recent visit. The staff was rude and cared more about not providing customer service than helping me medically. The confronted me for the $50 copayment and told me my insurance company may not pay them for a 2nd visit in the same week. This was after I called before coming in to the office. Very unprofessional staff.
