List of Ayushman Rai Sood's Reviews
Literally can never get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment or ask a medical question.
I went there today. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had to look up my own blood results on my phone to show her. I’m not the doctor, she is supposed to be.
My doctor at this office was nice, so I will leave out their name, but was not helpful at all. It took 3 calls, 2 voicemails, and almost a month of waiting just to get my lab results. I finally got a call from a nurse who told me that my doctor said, “everything looks good,” with no recommendation of my next step to finding a diagnosis. I scheduled a follow-up with the doctor and he wasn’t even in the office when I got there. After waiting almost an hour, they sent in another random doctor who asked me all the same questions I already went over. I wasted 6 months at this office and I am nowhere closer to a diagnosis. Do not go here!
EDITED: Care is pretty basic. Nothing special. The nurses I’ve had were actually very kind though. It’s just that often times it can be difficult to reach them on the phone. When I first got started, I had to wait days to call because I had to call at work. Recently I’ve had good luck with calling. People on the phone are also mixed, the first time I called, the woman acted like I was dumb for not knowing where my doctor was when I had never been to the building. The next time I called was because I was denied birth control that I had been taking for acne since I was 15 (I’m 19 and switched doctors at 18 due to insurance). They told me I would have to get a pap smear despite not being the minimum age (21) and there being no chance of hpv. Even after scheduling one and going through with it, I was still being denied, but the woman on the phone made sure I had birth control that day and was very angry FOR me, which was a nice change. I ended up having to call again this week because my test was messed up and didn’t have enough cells to get results, and my birth control was not refilled. I called and she made sure I was on high priority. I still occasionally have to call back and say that they have not refilled my prescription.
The front desk staff is the issue with this location. The doctors and nurses are great. I called so many times one day, I had to actually drive in to make an appointment (which was not easy, watching my sick toddler that day). All because the front desk staff was on their cell phones not answering the work phone.
Good service and people who care
The girls at the internal medicine check-in desk have got to find another job since they must hate it so much. It is very seldom that I run into one that does not catch an attitude, roll their eyes, or look at you like you are not all there. I am very polite when visiting other establishments because I know some of the rude people they sometimes have to deal with; even when they are rude, I still maintain my composure. It's another thing when they think they are better than the people who are seeking medical help. I do appreciate the couple of ladies who are compassionate and helpful.
I’ve literally had to call them multiply times to TRY to make an appointment. Anytime I was told that I would get a call back I never would. My “number didn’t work” when they “tried” to call me back. But only mentioned they tried to call once to my numerous times. When I was on the phone with them I would be on hold for 10/15 minutes easily. Suddenly though once my appointment was FINALLY made my phone number worked for them to call me the day before to make sure that I would still be there the following day! I would recommend a different gyno office!
Terrible. I called all around the county to find someone who could address an ear blockage. Fortunately, they were able to schedule an appointment the next day! Sounds good, right? Well, after taking off work and showing up 15 minutes before the appointment...I go back to the room with the nurse, she asks the normal questions, and inquires about my primary care. Apparently there was an issue (I dont have a primary) and from there the crisis began. Well we can't see you. Our next appointment is weeks from now. This is weird because the person I scheduled with asked about my primary and I told her I didn't have one. "Oh no problem". So I asked, "I'm here, I have an appointment, the Doc is scheduled, you have the equipment, make me your primary care provider and let's get this done!" A million excuses later why they couldn't help me and I just left. Not one reason mentioned why they CAN help me. Medstar, if you want to look this up to figure out what went wrong, my appointment was 0915 on 4/19/2019. I scheduled the appointment on 4/18/2019. You can call me anytime to discuss.
I was late to my appointment for 15 mins due to incorrect address I got from them through the phone. I have called them to get correct address and notified them I'm on my way which they seem okay with it. After arriving they refused to see me and cancelled my appointment. The person at radiation center was rude and kept saying I'm 45 mins late!! which I was not and they want to give me another appointment after 2 weeks!!! I'm not even going back to them and I looked up another place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
