Dr. Diehn has been my PCP for about 3 years and I absolutely love her!!! She listens to you and thoroughly exams you. She really does care and be concerned about her patients. She always responds to my messages, I’ve never had a problem. Great Doctor!!!!!!
I started seeing Dr. Diehn approximately one year ago and she has been a stellar PCP. I have received excellent treatment with spot on diagnosis. During my bout with Covid-19 Dr. Diehn suggested meds to take to ensure my breathing was good as well as monitoring my my overall condition. The staff is great, and the MyChart is a useful tool, because you have real time access to your meds, labs, and communication with Dr. Diehn. To say it was a good choice switching my previous PCP to Dr. Diehn would be an understatement. Thank you for all you do.
If I could give zero stars I would. This woman provided absolutely no care for my mother. She has been sick with COVID for 14 days, hospitalized for 2…..and we are STILL waiting for a call back from Dr. Diehn. Horrible patient care and accountability to her patients.
Horrible patient care. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother has been sick with COVID for 14 days, hospitalized for 2, in Dr. Diehn’s hospital no less!, and we are still waiting for her to contact her after multiple attempts at reaching her. Just absolutely neglectful care.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with my visit. I needed a pre-employment evaluation. The employer requested a urine drug screening, 7 panel or greater. The doctor ordered a urine screening, but not a 7 panel or greater. I also needed a blood alcohol test. The doctor refused to write the order because she said she did not understand with the employer wanted. Fortunately, I went to an urgent care center and they understood exactly what I needed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
