Excellent practice. Had to have a repeat of a Balloon sinuplasty a previous one from another practice had failed. I had put it off for years but Dr Weiss and his staff put me at easy explaining how their procedure was different than the other doctor. They were right everything went to plan. Very thankful. Also the audiologist is excellent. Dr Zorn is very patient. He helped my dad tremendously.

Front office is non professional and appointments are not honored. We have been going for over 20 years to this office. No more!

Dr Weiss and his staff of professionals are amazing. The person who scheduled my appointment was great. She used my name throughout the entire call. Michael the Nurse Practitioner was attentive and answered all my questions. I look forward to my up coming scheduled allergy test with the office.

I had a very poor experience with this practice. They overbook so the office is always crowded. I waited close to an hour for one appointment because a woman came in who did not have an appointment and they pushed her in ahead of me. No explanation or apology from the staff or Dr. Weiss. I had ear surgery and I was not given comprehensive information about the process. The surgical assistant specifically told me my insurance would cover all costs but I ended up with a bill of over $700.00. I did not hear from the dr. after my surgery; no call to see i I was all right and no call to schedule a post surgical follow up. When I spoke to Dr. Weiss, he told me I should have called to make the appointment. I would never go back to this practice. They are a prime example of quantity over quality.

So far so good! He is the firt doctor that took the time to really try to find out why I'm having such terrible Symptoms. In the past they gave me a nasal spray and sent me on my way. He is the first one to order a CT scan. I also love the girl who performed my skin allegery! She was no nice and made me feel so comfortable!

Successful teams have a special spirit that, though we cannot fully define, we still feel. Dr. Weiss's medical team has that spirit. They feel it in their bones and so do their patients. That's especially important in medicine because the peace of mind that comes from team spirit is transferred to the people they are helping.

Dr. Weiss made the roads of Connecticut safer to drive. Before seeing him, I had a brief moment of dizziness whenever I quickly turned my head sideways. After testing, he said that signals from my inner ears weren't in perfect synchrony. He and Dr. Leonard sent me to a therapist who taught me how I could fix the problem. I did what she taught and the dizziness left. Now I turn my head to check for cars in adjacent lanes, a big safety improvement.I also have severe post nasal drip and my ears are always getting stuffed with wax. Michael told me how to clean mucus that I wasn't removing by normal blowing. He also pulls the wax out of my ears. I always feel better after visiting Dr. Weiss's office.

Doctor Weiss is a very attentive, skilled, and excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen and consider your needs for whatever treatment you may be receiving. I have been treated by him for years and have had only positive experiences with him and the entire staff at his office. An exceptional doctor who goes above and beyond with his patients!
