0 = Not satisfied. I visited the Mitchellville location for a yearly exam on 12/23/20. I called back the next day for getting a detail review and questions about the exam done. They gave an appointment for 01/26/21. Upon arriving, they told me that the appointment was not noted in the system at all. They rescheduled for 1/27/21 when I was called by Nicole that it can be done by Facetime but, only to call me back that it will be a cost of $150 though is for the same test that I was not even reviewed with on 12/23/20. Doctor will not even bother answering or calling me back about my concerns. I then requested for the results which was faxed after several calls before receiving it. I have never expected such a horrible service from the reviews I saw about the doctor. Definitely not satisfied and will never go back there nor recommend anyone. Customer service is so poor that they have no clue of its meaning and especially during these trying times we are in (Covid19). Very Poor service!
