I am an MD in a hospital in Baltimore. We received and were taking care of one of this clinic's patients. To provide quality care, we attempted to contact the clinic for 5 days straight, we left messages, we requested callbacks, we waited patiently on hold for more than 1-2 hours total. Despite all this, we were never able to reach anyone there. We kept hearing "the providers are all out" or "there is no one available now". Such a shame. It is surprising that a clinic like this would not even have a coverage system or some sort of process to provide necessary care for their patients. I have no other information about this clinic's practice except for the experience I am relaying but based on this, I would not personally want to work with this group.

Dr. Shockley great, he is an excellent practitioner. But, he seems to no longer practice. It is impossible to make an appointment. The phone says to make appointments online but a blank page appears & it is impossible to make an online appointment.
