List of I2m Dental's Reviews
My experience at i2m Dental was great. The assistant and the doctor made me feel very comfortable.
I came in last week to get a cleaning and get my teeth checked since I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years. I was expecting to at least be told I have 1 cavity that needs to be filled since that was what my last dentist told me I needed. I came in to my appointment, on time, signed in at the front desk and filled out necessary paperwork. I was told to sit and that I would be called back shortly. 45 minutes goes by before someone calls my name to follow them back. I then go to the back, to yet ANOTHER waiting area and was told to wait for an open chair. Sat, and waited for another 15 mins. Now it's an hour into my scheduled appointment time. Finally I get called to sit in a dental chair, and was made to wait again for another 20 minutes. After being in the office for almost 1.5 hours, the dentist comes in. She looked around in my mouth and poked and prodded around for not even a minute. Told me my teeth "looked good" and to rinse with salt water at home. She then proceeded to "polish" my teeth in the most rushed fashion I have ever seen, rather than taking her time to polish the front and back of each tooth 1 by 1. The whole "appointment" with the dentist lasted less than 10 minutes. No x-rays, no comments about possible cavities, didn't ask about whether I have any pain or complaints about my teeth, or whether my wisdom teeth were still there or not. Just overall terrible. She ushered me out of the chair and to the front desk to make an appointment to see her back in 6 months. Why would I come back to a place that makes me feel like a nuisance and that I am invaluable as a customer.Very disheartening as I was really looking forward to having someone with a similar cultural background as myself for my dentist.

I have been coming here since June 2020, and Dr. Pallavi and all of her staff are so pleasant I have not had a problem at all. Dr. Pallavi is very attentive to whatever concerns or needs I have and she is very keen towards preventative non-invasive care teeth. Great job.
The best dentist around. Dr. Pallavi is very skilled and has a wonderful bedside manner. My whole family has been patients since the practice opened.
Dr sinha has been amazing to me!! She’s an amazing individual!! So is her assistant Monica.
I drove my friend to her dentist appointment today. Her appointment was at 1:30pm, and we got there at 1:37pm. This office has a 10min grace period. They sent her home because, despite the 10min grace period, the dentist had to be out by 2pm. Excuse me? This after I've driven her 40min in the rain. No one called and said that the dentist had to leave early! The office is open until 5pm! This is so so so inconsiderate. You can't tell people you have a 10min grace period, and then say actually the dentist has to leave at 2pm so we can't see you. This is extremely unprofessional. I recommend taking your business to Neibauer Dental Care or even Healthy Dental. Much more professional, and they care about your time!
Dr. Pullavi Sinha has a wonderful manner and disposition. She was very patient and took time to explain the best way to care for my teeth, given my current situation. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I'm so glad I found i2m Dental and Dr. Pullavi Sinha!
Dr Sinha is an amazing doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
