Dr. Robinson is a great doctor. She takes her time listening to what I had to say. She also takes her time explaining and examining my daughter. she is great with my baby. She is amazing, friendly and very professional.

Dr. Robinson is amazing. She’s really kind and nice. Whenever I meet with her she’s doesn’t rush through the appointments which is great. I’ve been under her care for about 10 months and she’s the best Dr I’ve ever had in my 48 years.

My initial in person appointment with her in 2018 was cordial and she was pleasant. Though my first impression of Dr. Robinson was great and I was excited to have finally found someone I thought could be my primary care physician, this has not been the case. During my most recent visits with Dr. Robinson, her tone and manner were condescending and I felt demeaned. During one of my visits, she very accusatorially stated that I had not been in for a physical for over a year and stated that a ‘yearly physical is mandatory’. I acknowledged the statement of what she felt was mandatory but she continued to repeat it and chastise me. She never bothered to ask what barriers or issues that could have prevented me from seeking care. She was very judgmental. I did let her know that one of the issues was it is very difficult to obtain an in person appointment with her. She very sarcastically stated ‘well, there is this THING called COVID-19 that has put a strain on the healthcare system’. First of all, her in-person availability was an issue WAY prior to 2020. This is why I saw Dr. Gunpat and the nurse practitioner multiple times before I was even able to meet her. Secondly, it is rather ironic that she recognizes the strain that COVID-19 placed on her but lacked the empathy to see that this same strain could be contributing to a fellow healthcare worker's ability to seek care. I have also had issues with her evaluation and workup of symptoms that I have had.

Dr. Robinson is wonderful. I've been seeing her as my PCP for years and she truly cares about my health and well-being. She asks in=depth questions, encourages me to ask questions, and together we decide on future courses of action for any issues (some minor and some larger). She is extremely proactive in her care. I will continue to see her as my PCP for many years to come.

I had a visit with my primary, Dr. Keisha Robinson and it was great aa usual. I didn't feel rushed. She addressed all of my issues. She is truly a great doctor and a great person. I didn't think anyone could replace Dr. Shepard, but she has. She takes good care of me👏👏 Emily Ward
