Had a great visit with Medstar for my physicals. It was an amazing and timely experience from the reception to seeing my physician, Cheynnie Burnett. It was a great a experience going there for the second time. My physician took her time to explain and answer all my questions that made me feel welcomed and confidence in their health service.

They charge a fortune for an "office visit" when they could have coded it as "routine" and it would be covered by insurnace. Non-responsive to inquiries, refuse to acknowledge multiple prescription refill requests. I paid close to $500 for an initial visit and 10-minute folo up (not including bloodwork) and now my medications are running out and they won't refill unless apparently I come back and give them even more money. That will not be happening. *** I will add that after I posted this my prescriptions were renewed so thanks for that!

I always receive the best care from Dr Gunpat. He gives me his full attention and explains everything in detail. I am completely satisfied and have a great deal of trust in hm. His assistant Brandy is thorough and is quite friendly…great team!

Medstar is very willing to take an appointment put completely unable to attend you on time. They kept me waiting for over two hours to be seen for a scheduled visit. When I complained they arrogantly informed me that my “reservation” is meaningless and that I’d wait longer in an emergency room. I’ll never return again.

Don’t waste your time here. Understaffed. Every time I call to see a doctor for an illness or injury they tell me to go to urgent care instead.
