While everything went efficiently I am not sure I received a full or correct diagnosis. PA said no sinus infection but I complained my ears were hurting & feeling full. No one looked in my ears 😢 and I feel worse the at my appt 9 hours ago

They were very professional, clean and fast. I was a walk-in. The front desk was awesome and knowledgeable. The triage was quick and the physician was attentative to my concerns. I would definitely go back and refer others to this location. Oh, the constantly wiped down and sanitized after each patient.

Super long wait. They had one PA staffing a very busy day and he seemed to spend half his time typing things into a computer. Took two hours to get a strep test

With horrendous cough and sore throat pain, I went to Medstar Urgent Care which on the parking deck level above Safeway on East West highway. Elevator access from inside Safeway if you come by bus or in foot. Very good experience..Dr. Bhogal listened carefully and efficiently and courteously examined me, gave tests for COVID and strep, discussed home treatment for my condition ( laryngitis),and sent prescriptions to Walgreen. About 1 hour total. I feel very thankful to have such a good emergency facility close at hand.

I made the appointment online, so easy! I came a little early signed in and was seen in 15 minutes by the doctor. I love Prompt Care!

My visit was absolutely amazing the doctor who treated me was kind and very professional she answered all of my concerns and was very knowledgeable. She was very through the staff was polite and professional.
