I have seen Dr. Craig as my primary physician for many years. She and her office are just the best!! They are very accommodating as well as very thorough on diagnosing. They always call back, as promised and resolve the issues appropriately. No complaints here!!

Dr. Craig was hostile and dismissive of my concerns, and refused to coordinate services with my specialist who had recommended an MRI, which had to be approved by her as my primary care. She said, "It wouldn't be fair to your insurance company to order such an expensive test." I had been a patient of that practice for 15 years, but this was the first time I had seen her. I never went back.

Dr Craig is very professional yet very kind and really listens to you. She is one of my favorite doctors. I have been a patient of Jarrettsville Family Care for at least fifteen years, the care and concern is outstanding. All of the Doctors and staff is one of the best practices around. I really care for the staff because they are so efficient and compassionate. We are blessed to have the practice in Jarrettsville.
