Dr Adam K Spector messed up my toe nails. They will never grow back. I had surgery and he did not numb my toes. Never have him to do any type of surgery on your feet.

Dr. Spector is an exceptional doctor and human being. He is thoughtful, a good listener and deeply cares about his patients. This is evident is the care he delivers. I saw him three times, and he was able to treat my toe infection so that I could go on a trip and not be in pain. He took time to explain everything before the procedure, and followed up afterwards. He is a role model of how doctors should conduct their work.

Do not go to Dr. Spector. He is negligent and needs to have his license revoked. He recklessly performed hammertoe surgery on my healthy father without taking any cultures or doing bloodwork in advance. My father had a staph infection that could have easily been treated with antibiotics but Dr Spector insisted on surgery. The surgery caused sepsis and led to an infection in my father’s bones that then traveled to his heart and killed him. An autopsy confirmed that Dr. Spector’s surgery was the reason for my father’s death. I know 3 other people who experienced horrific complications after surgery performed by Dr. Spector. Dr Spector is dangerous and arrogant and rushes into surgery. He has no integrity and does not care about his patients. BEWARE!

Dr Spector is a great Doc; very knowledgeable concerning runners and related foot injuries. Provides detailed info as to prognosis and possible courses of action. Treated and operated on my foot for running injury Outstanding treatment & results. I highly recommend.

The office in silver spring is very old, the rx protectors all rip apart, the examination chair oxidized. Please improve this place!The doctor was ok. He sent me physical therapy to my ankle.

Dr.spector is an ignorant disrespectful man,when i visited he just showed lack of respect for me for my foot problems, in top of that my aunt got surgery there and wasnt given anything to help her move around the house! She fell due to struggling to get up ans move!

I've only needed to see Dr.Spector a couple times. In each case he has exemplified the level of professionalism I prefer in medical professionals. The man exudes an air of positivity and confidence that makes visits painless and stress free. I know this sounds like one of those cheeseball fake reviews, but his footside manor really does put me at ease. I can't recommend him enough.

I have been trying to call the office and the phone services tells me to click on 1. I click 1 and it rings and then hangs up on me. What is this? How do you expect anyone to be able to call? Unbelievable.

Dr. Spector is very professional and made me feel at ease ! He provided a diagnosis of my ankle and outlined next steps for my treatment. I would definitely recommend seeing him for any ankle or foot issues you have. The ladies at the front were also very friendly and sweet
