My go to urgent care now a days, the waits are pretty long sometimes but that is expected at any medical facility. Staff is always friendly, front desk always greets and tells you good bye. Always recommend this place when asked for an urgent care!

From start to finish, my appointment at MedStar Health was flawless. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgable, the nurse who took my vitals and x-rays was calming and pleasant. The nurse practitioner, Ms. Griffin, was AWESOME! This was my second visit to MedStar Health and I would definitely return if need be, as well as recommend to others.

It was a waste of time . I I made the appointment did the check in online with my insurance and ID only she get there go in the back and get a test, for them to tell me the time they don’t accept my insurance

Went there they did flu test and covid came back negative they said that night I had to go to another place Said I had flu so what does that tell you sit in my room 11/2hours before being seen now I'm sick as heck the receptionist was the greatest

I had the easiest and fastest experience here. I was in and out in 40 minutes with my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. I was listened to and they made it very easy for me to get the relief needed. Thanks.
