Friendly staff. Short wait time. Clear, concise explanations of diagnosis.

Receptionists were so kind, nurses and Dr also were great, but I had to return 3 times to get what i needed done. The first time I went in there I was told they were very busy for the day and that I'd need to make an appointment for the next day. I made an appointment for 12 the next day and came at 11:40 (incase I had papers to fill out, and I did) and I waited in the waiting room until 1:30 before I left. I then came back a 3rd time when they first opened and it was at that point that I was able to recieve the care I went there for. ( physical and drug screening for employment) I understand it wasn't the drs or nurses or receptionists fault although I did have a scheduled appointment that was not prioritized but as a mother of 3 I had alot of things I had to put in place in order to make it there to get what I needed done for employment and it was very inconvenient for me and was quite a challenge to get it done having to return and spend the time and gas and trying to find someone to sit with my babies so that I could get there and get what I needed done.

Too many bad experiences...I should have known better than to give this place so many chances. Today, I arrived at 12:05. There were 3 patients in the waiting room. It took over 2 hours waiting to see the doctor. I needed a steriod shot for an autoimmune reaction (done this many times over the years) A doctor informed me he would be unable to treat me with with the injection because there was no nurse at that location. WHAT?! This is after I wasted $50 on my copay. Go to Solace Family Healthcare 2 miles away. They offer urgent care walk ins and are SO great! I went there right after leaving Med Express and was seen and treated properly and immediately!

The staff were fenomenum. The best care ever. The manager very friendly and involved with the staff and patients. Great custumer service that you don't receive now this days. Job well done!

I have not been to med express for months. Why am I being asked for a review today?

I was experiencing severe pain as well as non-stop itching. The symptoms came from what the NP told were a plethora of insect bites. No idea when or where. She prescribed Prednisone. Took first dose last evening and today I can function again! So glad I made the decision to get it checked out.

The doctor here doesn’t know what I’m talking about and I tried to explain to him what’s going on but won’t listen and trying to force me to go to the we but I told him no

I can not say enough positive things about my experience this time at Med Express. The Nurse Practitioner (Brenda) was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best treatment plan. The nurse (Carol) was also great! Thank you!
