I love this Doctor! She is so caring and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I am also a RN so I know good doctors when I see them!

This is by far the most amazing, considerate, caring doctor I have ever come across. I have been with Dr Mussenden for over 3 years now. She is dedicated to her patients. You can always count on her. I fear leaving the state solely because of her hospitality and service. She truly is the best. I have yet to meet some that compares to her and her kindness. The service is immaculate. If you are looking for a terrific gynecologist,This is it. Look no further.

Literally the best not just in her field but the best doctor I have met in a long time. You actually feel safe and very well taken car off with her. She treats you as an individual not a guinea pig and listens to your concerns very thorough and experienced. She explains it all. Lovely personality very caring genuine person. Her office employees compliment her too! Haven’t been able to see her over a year due to insurance and the experiences have been horrible outside of her the second I got this insurance I booked my appointment and can’t wait to go back in today

She offers very helpful suggestions and yet is confidential about sensitive issues.

I could not recommend Dr. Mussenden based on my treatment. Everything she told me was either a lie or meant to misinform. I told her on three separate occasions the only procedure I was consenting to and she instead did what was convenient and probably more profitable for her. She ended my life in 1 hour and then after surgery (approx 6 months) when I had to face how much trouble I was now in, she feigned as if she never heard, didn't know, or understand my issues. This was my first experience seeing her for a gyn issue and she failed from my perspective - but I'm sure it was a win from hers.

Absolutely love Dr. Mussenden, she is down to earth, friendly, and most of all personable. Her staff is wonderful. If I could give 100,000,000,000,000,000 stars I would. Leticia is more than friendly.

While doctor Caryl is very nice and professional, whoever is responsible for filing to LabCorp is absolutely terrible. During the visit I was assured that the test will be free of charge with my insurance. I’ve received a bill from LabCorp a while after stating I owe for the test. I called my insurance company, LabCorp, as well as doctor’s office multiple times — it turned out the doctor’s office used an incorrect code. When I finally got a LabCorp representative reach out to the doctor’s office they said they would correct it. It took multiple more phone calls until I was told they finally filed a claim and my invoice was supposed to be cancelled. Today is two months later and I got the same invoice again, saying the debt will go to collections. I called LabCorp again and it turns out they’ve been waiting for the doctor to contact them but they never did. So unprofessional! Honestly do not recommend this office TERRIBLE!

Dr. Mussenden was referred to me and I am so happy I went to visit her! She is so friendly and caring. She assured me that nothing would hurt and that everything would be just fine. She is extremely personable and genuine. Really great woman!

Dr. Mussenden is amazing . I have been going to the office for several years. Her husband Dr. Ellis is my PCP and it is difficult to determine which on cares for the patients more. Everyone in the office is friendly and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend Dr. M and I have referred many of my friends to her. Your health and well being is her major concern. And she takes her time to make sure she has answered any questions you may have. You could not ask for a better doctor.
