I have been communicating with Dr Schatz in the coordination of the care of a family member with lower GI complications. Dr Schatz has done a wonderful job adjusting the level of conversation complexity talking with me and the patient. We have discussed non-surgical options and the surgical paths forward all with a priority of minimally invasive priorities. She has excellent bedside manner. I have full confidence in her.

For the past year or so, I have been suffering from unidentified pain. I had been through numerous doctors, trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I was at the end of my rope, when I wound up back in the emergency room at Doctor's Community Hospital. Dr. Schatz was on call. Tests were ordered, nothing was found. Dr. Schatz really listened to me, and ordered a definitive test that lead me to emergency surgery. I am now completely pain free. Dr. Schatz took the time to listen, to analyze, to figure what was wrong with me, and she fixed it. Dr. Schatz is a brilliant surgeon, she has wonderful bedside manner and she is a thinker. I would not hesitate to see Dr. Schatz again, as all my confidence is in her and my gratitude is with her.
