The front desk staff are the worse. Rude, never answer the phone and never return calls. This is unacceptable for a medical practice/patient care.

Can someone answer the phone or return my calls?? The nurse hotline didn’t even get back with me. What happened?

I'm very disappointed in the decline of this practice. My child has been seeing Dr. Satuyi for 17 years and never have I experienced what I experienced recently. I began calling the office 9 business days ago only to inquire about how best to get my child's school forms to them. Each time I was left on hold for at least 15 minutes before I and finally got through yesterday. I ended up having to physically go into the office, where there was absolutely no one in the waiting room. Three other parents then showed up in person because of the same issue. One mother shared that her child lost their seat at a school because the office staff failed to complete the medical schools forms in time (after they had them for over a week). I literally watched all three of the front office "staff" ignore the phone lines and only one took calls at her convenience. They were all completely incompetent and while Dr. Satuyi is an excellent physician, what good is it if it take more more than a week just to reach someone in the office?!?!? I'm sad to say that I will be looking for another pediatrician ASAP. Bottom line, WE HAVE TO demand and do better..

Horrible phone service. Staff sits and ignores the phone from 8am -8:30. I've noticed they are ghetto and sloppy when satuyi isn't in the office. Witnessed this location go down over the last 12 years. Switching doctors asap

Dr. Satuyi is by far the best pediatrician I have ever met. I have three children. I met Dr. Satuyi in the hospital after delivering my first child over 13 years ago. All 3 of my children started seeing Dr. Satuyi from birth; however, once we moved farther north, for a four-year period we experienced other pediatricians. These pediatricians provided sufficient care but in many ways their service could not compare to the service we received from Dr. Satuyi. We were so elated to learn that Dr. Satuyi was opening an office in the Columbia area. We could not wait to re-establish care with her. I trust her fully, not only do I trust her abilities as a doctor but I trust in genuine concern and care she has for her patients. Every time we work with her I know that she is caring for my child as if he were her own. This woman’s heart is in all that she does. She thoroughly answers all my questions and does whatever she can to provide a level of comfort. Her staff also are well-trained and kind. They represent her well. The offices are always clean and appealing to kids of all ages. She stays abreast of the latest recommendations and findings and is clearly educated on medical advancements. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Satuyi and how happy I am that she is here in the area.

The BEST dr in the world!!! I sooo love Dr Satuyi and her Staff are so professional! My sons are grown now , my 19 yr old been with Dr Satuyi since one years old. She knows her stuff! I recommend her to every person with kids! Wish I could give more stars! She is heaven sent!
