I came here due to my 9 months old child having elevated temperatures , coughing and running nose for them past 48hrs. vital signs were not properly taken. How are you going to use forehead thermometer when it reads inaccurate results? Plus you use adult size pulse oximeter to check for oxygen levels in a 9 months baby, which will read inaccurate results. My child's ears was not dirty but the NP says she can't assess the ears cause it's dirty. I even told her to clean the ears but she says they don't do that. My daughter was not properly assessed, I was sent home with no prescription. I took her to the ER where she was given antibiotics for ear infection. The tools for assessment in this clinic needs to be updated and they need pediatric equipments. You can't asses kids with adult tools

I had an excellent experience at Express Care Urgent Care. The provider and staff were professional, kind, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. Everyone was attentive and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I truly appreciate the level of care and respect I received definitely the best urgent care visits I’ve had!

I visited this urgent care as a walk-in, after confirming they accept walk-ins. Despite filling out my information as an existing patient per instructed at the kiosk yet never receivung notification that I was checked in, I sat for over 50 minutes without being seen. The staff's lack of communication and failure to address my situation were unprofessional and unacceptable. Such disregard for patients' time and well-being is disgraceful. I do not recommend this facility and would rate it zero stars if possible.

They are awesome and did a great job.

The waiting room was empty for an hour. I was the only patient there, and no one attended to me or explained why the wait was so long, especially since there were no other patients inside. When I finally went in, it was the same. They did a COVID test that probably got dried because it took 45 minutes to get the result—on top of the waiting time. And aside from the medical assistant, who was very kind, the doctor was quite rude and unpleasant. In fact, she didn't introduce herself (I had to imagine that she was the doctor) and left without saying goodbye while I was in the middle of asking her a question… something that had never happened to me before. I didn’t even understand if I was being discharged and had to ask the staff. I honestly felt that the woman was hating me just for being there and I have never met her before. Very horrible feeling on top of not feeling well.

Staff was very professional, caring and thorough. The facility was spotless and well organized.
