I am torn with the number of stars. If I am reviewing Dr. Mahmoud only I will give 5 stars, but trying to access her office by phone deserves less than 1 star. The statement to leave a message and someone will contact you is false. I have been trying to get a prescription issue resolved since mid February. Neither CVS Caremark nor I have had any luck with getting someone to answer the phone. I held on while the representative tried and when someone did answer, the call was disconnected. I have left another message, my third in 6 days. Hopefully someone will respond. I need my prescription. This is beyond ridiculous.
