Worst Pediatrician. This doctors entire practice doesn't deserve to be centered around kids. The entire staff and doctor Need a full course in customer service. This is the kind of doctor that will rise their voice at you just because you brought up an issue you observed at the office. He is the kind of doctor / practice that will not provide you with all needed information for a visit and then tell you it's not there responsibility to to tell you everything. Gave one star because it's needed to post a review.

If the doctor won’t be at the office by your appointment time the front desk staff should call the patient to let them know if you can come in another time but instead they make you come to the office and only say they don’t know what time is the doctor coming but he said if you can wait so unprofessional assuming that you have time to wait.

He is so much in a hurry and, not ready to listen to what you have to say. Dismissed my concerns and gave me his recommendation and told me to try that.

Rude from the front desk to the doctor. No eye contact and not very pleasant. Called weeks in advance for child’s immunization record and no call back. Had to go in person for any staff to listen to me. Not good customer service.

This doctor is always in a hurry to dismiss his patient. He does not listens to your complaints nor answer your questions in a professional way. He is always in a hurry to dismiss you and your children. Phone call is the worst to communicate with him, he is always having emergencies anytime I want to speak with him about my kids concerns. The office desk staff are as worst as him. When you call they will not give you their names and when you ask for their names, they will hang up the phone. Managed to get the name of one of them Zing Par. This office is very unprofessional and horrible. No star to give, but can't post without it.

My kids First Dr we miss you

An introduction, a hello, a “how are you?” or any other type of greeting from the doctor as a new patient would have been nice. I bought my baby in based on the reviews and seeing he was in network with my new insurance provider. He asked 2 maybe 3 questions. I’m not sure he even looked at me. Maybe he was having a bad day. But I will not be bringing my baby back. As a parent and a fellow medical professional, I’m very displeased with the bedside manner. However, the front desk staff was awesome. Unfortunately, overall I wouldn’t recommend. I’ll keep looking.
