I have been Dr. Hellers patient for over two years and while I am located in Jerusalem - I always come back to Dr Heller when I visit. He is the best - he is technically brilliant but he has such a wonderful attitude with his patients. Thank you kindly Dr.Heller…greatly appreciate your and your wonderful staff on my extended treatment. Best wishes.

OMG!! I am so pleased with Dr. Heller and his staff!! I was so afraid to begin my treatment, but they were all so kind and helped me overcome my fear. His assistants are all so wonderful. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to smile with confidence.

Nice friendly staff, explain everything to you and they are clear about the pricing. They don't use any pushy sales techniques, which is good. Wish orthodontist treatment was little cheaper but unfortunately it is not.

Dr. Heller is amazing! He explains everything every step of the way. I only had my braces for 14 months but I’m still going back for retainer check ups. I go to both locations and the customer service is always wonderful! Everyone is so nice and I really appreciate them.

They provided excellent care for my daughter . They were really quick with getting her in to see her for a consult and quick with scheduling her for braces. She was fearful about getting the braces done but felt a lot better when she left the office. She said they made her feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Heller's office any day.

Billing department gives terrible customer service. Dr. Heller needs to be concerned with making sure his patients receive quality customer service.
