All of the Doctors are great except for Dr. Roy Khoury, MD. Never schedule a surgery with him. He will mess up and try to cover it up. He is a liar and a cowered.

Dr. Khoury needs to be charged with neglect. He is the worst doctor ever.

He will give you wrong advice that will cost you. Do not trust Dr. Khoury.

I first want to preface this review by saying that I am a medical provider myself (nurse practitioner) and rarely give poor reviews but I felt it my duty to alert others of Dr. Khoury's negligent care. I was pregnant with twins in my 3rd trimester when I began having severe headaches for 1-2 days despite Tylenol. Luckily, I invested in a home BP machine. On this night my BP readings were consistently 160s/90s. This concerned me because throughout my pregnancy my BP had been in the normal range 120/80. Dr. Khoury was on-call. I told him all of this information and his initial response was that I could come into the office the NEXT DAY. I then retorted that I was in my last trimester with twins, had a severe headache, and my home BP readings were abnormal. Was he not concerned about pre-eclampsia?! He then nonchalantly responded, "well yes I guess we can check you tomorrow in the office but if you are so concerned go to the L&D." Thank goodness I went because my BP was indeed 170/95 on arrival requiring STAT IV BP medications and immediate admission to the high risk perinatal unit. After I was admitted, Dr. Khoury continued as my provider into the next morning since he was still on-call. I gave him the benefit of doubt and reasoned an instance of poor clinical judgment as to why he did not strongly recommend that I come to the hospital based on my history & symptoms. But his negligent care cont. After 24 hours on IV drugs my BP stabilized. Dr. Khoury came in and told me that since my BP was normal I would be discharged with close follow-up in the outpatient office for one week until the babies were 34 weeks. This sounded strangely premature to me, but I went with it. The perinatologist team then followed in to see me after him. They then told me that I would NOT go home until I delivered my babies. Clearly Dr. Khoury had not even talked to the team about my appropriate plan of care before telling me! At that point, I did not want him providing my care nor delivering my children. Thankfully his colleague performed my emer C section. I was admitted for 8 days! Beware !!

I saw Dr, Khoury at silver spring office. He is the best doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He explains things clearly. He give time and listen to you. He knows what he is doing. He also have a great personality.

Dr. Khoury performed my myomectomy to remove a uterine fibroid and a hysteroscopy to remove uterine polyps. He was very professional, he answered all my questions, he contacted me throughout the healing process, and he asked me plenty of questions. I must say I was extremely impressed and loved his dedications and devotion to my concerns. His staff and surgical center provided the best service and continue contact with me even after my procedure. Great quality of service.

I am a new patient of Dr.Khoury. I had a bad experience with my previous gyn in Columbia and switched to his office in December. Dr. Khoury performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy when my previous gyn said it was impossible to do laparoscopically. I had a short 2 week recovery and now I feel great! I highly recommend Dr. Khoury because he specializes in the latest hysterectomy techniques.
