Dr.Greenwood delivered my 1st baby in March of this year & his bedside manners were TERRIBLE! He came off very rude & irritated. The only words he spoke to me was “Congrats”. My mother was asked if she wanted to cut the umbilical cord to which she replied “No, why don’t you cut it, Kyrsten?” So I said, “yes I want to!” I had my hand reached out to cut the cord, & Dr.Greenwood just cut it himself! I didn’t realize how infuriated I was until after I was no longer overwhelmed with everything. Then on top of that, he stitched me wrong, so now 12 weeks later, my “downstairs” is still not normal at all, & I have to go back to the OBGYN to get it checked once again. I will never allow him to see me ever again. Worst doctor ever.

While I only spoke to Dr. Greenwood on the phone, his "bedside manner" was outstanding. I just had a miscarriage and was extremely disappointment by the MedStar Woman's Health lack of empathy and response to my numerous phone calls/messages with questions in the aftermath when Dr. Greenwood called he apologized and was very compassionate and actually listened and answered all my questions. (even the crazy ones) without just toting the line "they are very common in the first trimester" He might have saved the practice from loosing a patient.

Dr. Greenwood came off as very rude, stand off-ish, and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible bedside manner in dealing with a pregnant woman.

Dr. Greenwood helped me through menopause. Dr. Greenwood took the time to listen to my concerns and helped come up with options to treat me. He is fantastic!

I had to have a hysterectomy and he did an outstanding job. He is very caring and explains every option thoroughly. He is one of the few doctors that spends the amount of time needed with the patient yet I never had to wait long for him. He worked with my schedule for surgery. Dr. Greenwood is also very smart and takes pride in his work, a perfectionist. And at the same time he is very humble. I highly recommend him to anyone who has Tricare.
