This was my first time seeing Dr. Gomez and going to that practice. I did have to make it 4 months in advance, but I feel it was worth it. The nurse was very pleasant and upbeat, she really seemed to enjoy her job. I can't say the same for the receptionist or the person who drew my blood. They looked/acted like they would have rather been anywhere else. Dr. Gomez was pleasant, thorough and informative. The practice looked clean and nicely decorated. However, when I had to return a phone call to get my lab results, I was on hold for 18 minutes! The girl did apologize and ran through the results with me but I think they need more people helping with phone calls. Overall, a very nice experience.

I like Dr Gomez but been playing phone tag for almost a month . There has got to be a better way. To get in touch with people. With all this technology. Why so difficult?

met her when she was working for the VA but she now left the clinic to work Germany. Both my wife and I miss her as our doctor. She was the best!She is having fun exploring new worlds a civilian Army doctor.
