Care is fine. The wait time for routine appointments is absolutely unacceptable. There has always been at least a full two-month wait to get in for checkups or annual visits. Called the first week of June and couldn't be seen til mid-August. Called the first week of March and couldn't be seen til the last week of June. If there is a trick to timely care at this office, I haven't figured it out.
Efficient, Friendly and helpful. My past PCP’s have waited until my appointment to request labs and I appreciate Dr. Gomez’s thoroughness and efforts to make sure she has all the information she needs before my appointment, in-office or tele-health.
Been a patient here for 7 years. My son also transferred from his pediatrician to a doctor here. The wait times used to be a bit long, but the doctors are worth it. Wait times have gotten better and there are more providers here than there used to be. I highly recommend this practice.
The office and medical staff are wonderful!
Not pleased. I was told no appointment was needed for blood work. I should just come in while the lab is open. I wasn't notified to fast either. Now I've waited 1hr. I was finally called back only to find out that no blood work lab orders were put in for my physical. I have to wait for the order to be put in, and I was told that I was supposed to fast. The communication needs to improve. Time is money, and I'm wasting quite a bit this morning.
Just walked out of the office after waiting over an hour and half to see the doctor. Disappointing and Unacceptable

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
