Called the Leonardtown office to see what the lunch hour was so I could come in for allergy shots. I was told that someone would be there and to come on in. I arrived and there was a sign on the monitor "Gone to lunch". When I called the office to ask about this I first asked if this was the Leonardtown office I was speaking with and the lady replied "yup" not once but twice. How about some professionalism and etiquette when speaking with your patients/customers. There is always more to be desired when dealing with this office staff. Do better!

I waited 90 min for a 5 min appt. dr didn’t have a care and my results have been back for 48 hrs and I left a message never got a call

Dr. Simelot is wonderful! He is caring and takes time with you to understand the issues you are experiencing. His staff are kind and courteous. I highly recommend him!

This is the worst place and the most useless, non-productive, non-responsive people I have ever had to deal with. If you have serious condition requiring timely care/prescriptions refills, or simply service you paid for, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Dr Simlote is great. But his front office is something that is driving me away from seeing him. Messing up appointments. Stating wrong requirements for specific insurances. With the stresses of dealing with my kids allergies and asthma, they do not make the experience helpful at all. I doubt they could care any less. **obviously im a little heated right now, but i often feel this way when leaving here**

I had an appointment for Dr. Simlote last Friday. I arrived on time. After waiting for over and hour I inquired at the reception desk; was told I would be seen in "under 5 minutes." I waited another 30 minutes and left. Treating patients with such disregard is unacceptable! I will take my care elsewhere@ Mike Rudy
