Seeing this doctor was one of the worst experiences I have had recently. It took over an hour past my appointment time to see her. She was extremely rude right from the start. When I told her I needed my Adderall refilled, she to told me I would have to get psychometric testing done first, and that they don't want to do it there, and my insurance might not cover it. She informed me of all this in the most condescending manner, it was almost theatrical. Basically, implying that I was some kind of malingering drug addict and she was making me go through a lot of time, trouble and $ just to get the drug that I need to think and function. I recently started a college course and am doing badly because of this. My appointment was scheduled a month in advance, but I was not informed of any special rule she had to get my med filled. She was so mean, it made me cry. I got so angry and at how she spoke to me that I ended up cussing her out. I don't know what to do now, as she refused to fill even my regular meds.
My mother has PTSD, bipolar depression, etc. And has been on the same meds for almost 20 years which has helped her live a functioning life. She moved here a few months ago leaving her wonderful therapist and psychiatrist to be near me and her grandkids while she cares for my grandmother who suffers with alzeighmers. She unfortunately got Dr Reichard and was treated so poorly. She saw my mother through webcam after she was told it would be in person. She spoke over her and could care less about my mother's story. She refused to write my mother scripts for the medication shes been on for so long, medication that if stopped can have horrible even deadly side effects. This is negligent. When my mother called to ask for her medical records that were sent to them by her old Drs so she could bring them to the ER and pray someone would help her(which absolutely humiliated her) she was put on hold purposely until the office closed. Then they refused to give her the records. This makes me absolutely sick and I pray nothing bad happens to my mother now that shes run out of the medications today, the only thing that has helped save her and allow her to work through her trauma. EDIT: This woman also prescribed my mother seroquel when my mom is on blood pressure medicine. These two meds together can lower the blood pressure too much possibly causing death. The pharmacist advised my mom to not take it.
This women shared 20 min with me via TV , never actually asked how i was feeling, asked a few questions about my family and that was it. I have never felt so judged and disrespected by a physician in my entire life. I left there feeling worse then when i walked in. I was treated like very poorly. I would not recommend this women to anyone.
Funny how there were several low ratings and negative reviews that are just now gone now nd your rating went up... reichard is a joke and shouldn't even have a license.
Although I've been very happy with this psychiatrist over the last few years, my last experience has left me confused and broken. Dr Reichard has always been pleasant and understanding. In the beginning of this year she advised me that she would be happy to fill out any paperwork that I may need for work. Well, this past Saturday when discussing my yearly FMLA paperwork, I was accused of possibly taking advantage of my FMLA paperwork. I have social anxiety disorder accompanied with agoraphobia! How is making sure my paperwork gets filled out yearly so that I can continue to work despite my illnesses..taking advantage of anything? Interactions with people on a daily basis exhausts me and causes me to have flare ups at times. My FMLA provides me with job security regardless of my illnesses. When I return to work after a day or two of rest, I always catch up on my duties at work. I don't understand why it was ok to accuse me of taking advantage of ANYTHING!! Without this paperwork filled out, I am 100% sure that I will have to go out on disability. I thought it would be considered commendable to want to continue to work and be productive. I've had theses illnesses my whole life and I stay on my meds responsibly while also keeping my appointments as I should. All I ask is that the paperwork I need to continue working is completed. Sometimes I can go weeks without using FMLA, other times I may need several days in a month, intermittently, as a recovery period from exhaustion. This is not too much to ask, considering I want to work and keep myself going. I'm feeling very broken and had to take sedatives this weekend after this psychiatry visit. I'm still in a depressing state from being accused of a being a liar. I really hope that my next visit with Dr Reichard will not cause me to feel so helpless. Otherwise, I really don't know. 😢

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
