The nurses and doctors were great but the secretary Kelly was VERY rude and unprofessional. Don’t go here if you’re big on customer service because you won’t get much here.

Horrible experience stay away if you expect customer service. I have never been treated the way kelly oseki treated me. She is rude and nasty and apparently hates her job. Her boss regina defends her rudeness unreal.

Worst dental experience I ever had last time I went there for a standard dental cleaning the dentist didn't show up they only could do partial cleaning never bothered to follow up to perform the rest of the services had a cleaning schedule 6 months out which was today they called me yesterday said its snowden inch down here can we move back your appointment from 9 to 1030 I said sure called me back later in the day when the move back to 3:00 p.m. because the Dennis lives over 2 hours away I told them I had other things scheduled in the afternoon could not make that Today on my way down to the dentist I get a phone call from Kelly there assistetant what the know why would even schedule another appointment and she simoly canceled my appointment for today aft more than six monrha of waiting

Calvert Community Dental is a great dental center to get emergency dental care at a reasonable price. After going to the ER several times and not having enough funds to pay for a full fee dentist, you can't stay on medication forever and the dentists there handle your chief concern immediately. This is a great option! They have sliding fees based on your income. They accept most Medicaid and Medicare to get emergencies handled with reasonable rates. The staff is very caring and the office is very clean and bright They also follow up and try to prevent other teeth from getting to that state. If required for more difficult teeth, they refer to oral surgeons who will except your plan.

The one area where I have pain where I went to the dental office for hurts now more than in the past 2 1/2 years! Why won't the pain go away? Sigh..
