I moved to lusby in 2020 from North Carolina and I think he’s the best doctor I’ve had. Understanding and takes his time to explain, not a long wait when in office or video visit. He’s nice and the staff is too.

The only negative point is that the wait time for scheduled appointments is way far too long. once he sees you, issues are resolved, and he is well learned along with experience.

Love Dr. Matthew. I know some complain about wait times but I'm usually out within an hour. He has good bedside manner, sense of humor but is professional. He will suggest vaccines but is not pushy when you say no. The girls at the front desk are also really kind and helpful, and funny too.

This is my mothers doctor and I always take her to her appointments and the wait is always ridiculous. As in her appointment is at 1130 and he just walked in and it is 115. It is like this every single time. Waiting for hours. He is a nice enough guy seems like a decent doctor but the amount of time it takes for him to see his patients being late for appointments ridiculous .

The receptionist (Shaunté) was professional, patient and helpful. The Medical Assistant (Debbie) was sweet and professional as always. Doctor Mathew always gave vital information on how I can stay healthy.
