Johns Hopkins Community Physicians's Online Review Report Card

The customer service at this location couldn't be worse. They are unfriendly and ineffectual. On at least two occasions they have scheduled conflicting appointments and failed to notify me. Most recently, after my doctor cancelled my appointment on the morning of, when I showed up at the office they offered to re-schedule me three weeks out. I called two weeks later to confirm the appointment and they said I wasn't on record. Furthermore, the phone assistant was unable to reach the front desk in order to address the problem because no one was answering at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. Bye Bye.

Frist i love johnshopking all my doctors are here except my primary and its been like that for about 6 years so i finally was able to get a primary doctor appointment. My old primary doctor was not hopkins affiliated and hes retiring in 2023. This is the only location they has opening which is sad when i live by the whitemarsh / dundalk / bayview area, but any way i was like hey lets Give it a chance. The staff was great and helpful but this doctor was a trip .I don't think the first time you meet a primary care doctor he is telling me he took an 18% payout to work there. I don't think if your a primary care doctor you should be delegating everything to other specialists. I thought the point of having you was to help manage my health. Very uncomfortable with this location as an African American man never coming back to that location. Seemed very judgemental Ps don't tell people what you can and cant prescribe just prescribed the medication that your suppose to as the overall care taker. DONT TELL SOMEONE WHO HAS BACK ISSUES THE FIRST DAY YOU MEET THEM I CANT FILL CERTAIN MEDICATION. WHEN CLEARLY THEY WERE NOT WRITTEN OR EVEN ASKED TO BE FILLED BY YOU. I HAVE A THERAPIST AND A PAIN MANAGEMENT TEAM WHO PURPOSE IS FOR THAT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSINAL. I BELIEVE THAT HE SHOULD GO BACK TO NEW ORLEANS SEEMS LIKE HE WASNT HAPPY WITH HIS WIFE MOVING HERE TO MARYLAND SO HE HAD TO GET A JOB HERE. OH THIS WAS ALL HE TALKED ABOUT IN MY FIRST TIME MEETING HIM SOUNDS LIKE HE NEED A THERAPIST BECAUSE I DIDNT COME HERE FOR ALL THIS I COME HERE FOR HEALTH CARE AND MANAGEMENT. SO IN MY 30 MINUTE FIRST TIME MEETING WE AINT ACCOMPLISH NOTHING 😒

waiting for a call back from the office and it does not look like i will get it. They are never available, never available emergency appointment available. Not even sure why am i with them. really thinking on switching to a better care office.

Showed up at 9:36 for a 9:30 appt but they have a “5-minute policy” so they wouldn’t take me wasted my whole morning driving there and getting out of work for the appt. Don’t even try, find someone else because if you have something going on they don’t care, it’s about how fast they can get people in and out, definitely don’t care about you as the patient

I have known Scott for about 10 years and have referred many clients to him and worked on many collaborative cases with him. He is a scholar and a gentleman and an excellent psychotherapist. He is especially helpful with parenting plans and dealing with family disputes. You cannot go wrong by contacting Scott

I visited this establishment for routine procedure. I just turned 40 and it was time to get that mammogram! To be honest I was absolutely terrified... terrified so much that it took me two weeks after visit to complete the review!!! Let me start by saying, there's plenty of parking on the parking lot! You are know how I feel about parking! As soon as I got off the elevator I proceeded to enter the office. Everyone was so welcoming & it was such a beautiful environment. There's a helpful kiosk to your immediate left when you enter that you check in on. The check-in time takes less then 20 seconds on the kiosk. As soon as I sat down, the young lady at registration called me over to confirm my insurance information as well as other options for my mammogram. Within 5 minutes or less I was escorted to the back area. I must admit the back waiting area was just as cute clean and comfy as the previous front waiting area, but way more intimate. It was like I was at a spa! They give you calm colored gowns, the furniture's cutesy, they have reading material, water, crackers, television, and a welcoming atmosphere! The technician that came out shortly after was very very helpful, she was able to provide all information & explain all possible outcomes so that I can be prepared for whatever came my way. Everything went extremely well for me and I'm very thankful that I haven't been requested to return. I highly recommend this office to any female in need of a mammogram or speciality radiology service.

I have been coming to jhcp at green spring for over 10 years. I scheduled a 3:30 appointment with Sharon Dhlosh. I arrived at 3:34 pm which normally gives you a 15 min grace period. Well ar 3:43 Jen calls me back up to the counter to tell me dr Dhlosh will not see me because I am over 10 min late. How? Why? I am beyond pissed, poor customer service, even worst patient care! I will be changing PCP's. What's even worse dr Dhlosh diagnosed me with the health issues I am here for.
